LANE QUIGLEY AND BILL GREEN SQUARE OFF IN
THE 3RD ANNUAL NORTH VS. SOUTH OLDIES BATTLE IN ROCK-IT RADIO SHOW #2332
Bill Green joins Lane Quigley in Studio B for the third annual
North/South Battle on The Memory Lane Show. This year,
Bill is representing the North and he has selected a dozen great
tunes from the Golden Age of Rock & Roll to start off each round
of the competition. Lane has matched each one with a southern
record that has a common thread with Bill's selection.
Listen and decide which song you prefer in each of the twelve
rounds. Then, put your choices in an e-mail and send your
ballot to MemoryLaneShow@aol.com. Five lucky voters will have
their names drawn at random for prizes, courtesy of Bennie Dingo
and the Launching Pad at Rock-it Radio.
Longtime listeners know how much fun these shows are. This year's competitoin offers some very interesting match-ups. The show will be running on the Archives Page throughout the month of December, and the prize winners will be announded in early January. Plus - be on the lookout this coming spring when Bill and Lane will be doing their TENTH (!!) Annual East/West Battle.

Archives page reminder
Remember, if the show that you want to hear is getting close to the bottom of the list of radio shows, you should tune in as soon as you can. These shows to have a high audio quality require a lot of internet bandwidth and memory. And currently we can only afford the 16 latest shows online here at Rock-it Radio. So, when a new show is put online it knocks the oldest one off the Rock-it Radio archives page. Usually a show will at least last 10 to 12 days, once it is placed in the archives.
